All sales are final at this time. We are not responsible for stolen packages and you must be able to receive packages - we are not responsible for damages due to improper physical delivery circumstances. If there is an issue with your order or your item is damaged please email our customer support team immediately. Any defected item must be unworn and in its original condition & packaging to complete a return. Once received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have finished processing your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card or other payment method will be issued a credit within 10 business days. We only replace items if they were defective and are still in stock. When shipping back, please print and complete the Return Authorization form. Please ship back all items in an appropriate shipping box to the return address located on the Return Authorization form.
